一、整车的外廓尺寸应符标准的规定。并按批准的产品图样及技术文件制造。
1、 The overall dimension of the whole vehicle shall comply with the provisions of national standards. And manufacture according to the approved product drawings and technical documents.
二、外购件、外协件均应有制造厂的产品合格证，并符合相关标准的要求，经搅拌车生产厂检验合格后方可装配。
2、 The purchased parts and outsourced parts shall have the product certificate of the manufacturer and meet the requirements of relevant standards. They can be assembled only after passing the inspection of the mixer manufacturer.
三、搅拌车的厂定总质量不得超过底盘的许用值，转向轴(轮)载质量和侧倾稳定角应符合GB7258的规定。
3、 The factory determined maximum total mass of the mixer truck shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the chassis, and the steering shaft (wheel) load mass and roll stability angle shall comply with the provisions of GB7258.
四、焊缝应均匀、平直。无漏焊、裂纹、央渣、表面应无毛边，包砂等现象。
4、 The weld shall be uniform and straight. There shall be no missing welding, cracks, central slag, and the surface shall be free of burrs, sand inclusion, etc.

五、所有外露黑色金属表面均应作防锈处理。外表装饰漆应美观大方，符合GB7258的规定。
5、 All exposed ferrous metal surfaces shall be subject to anti rust treatment. The exterior decorative paint shall be beautiful and generous and comply with the provisions of GB7258.
六、从进料到输送卸料完毕，允许的长时间为90mh，且搅拌筒按规定连续运输不大于300转。搅拌车行驶时，车速不得超过如50km/h

七、装入预拌混凝土在规定的搅动转速和输送时间运送到交贷地点后，泥凝土质量应符国标要求。
7、 After the ready mixed concrete is loaded and transported to the delivery place at the specified stirring speed and transportation time, the quality of mud concrete shall meet the requirements of national standards.
八、进料斗出口尺寸不小于历650mm，距地面高度应不大于3.8m。
8、 The outlet size of the feed hopper shall not be less than 650mm, and the height from the ground shall not be more than 3.8m.
九、水泥搅拌车的出料速度不小于0.65m3/min，出料残余率小于2-5%。搅拌车的进料速度不小于2.7m3/min
9、 The discharging speed of cement mixer truck shall not be less than 0.65m3/min, and the discharging residual rate shall be less than 2-5%. The feeding speed of mixer truck shall not be less than 2.7m3/min
十、输送应安装牢固。各连接部分部件不应有损坏、变形等现象，不应有上车与底盘偏离原先的固定装置的情况。
10、 The conveyor shall be firmly installed. All connecting parts shall be free of damage, deformation and other phenomena, and there shall be no deviation between the upper vehicle and the chassis from the original fixing device.
十一、车在总质量状态下，以20km/h的速度府能通过14%的坡道外溢。
11、 Under the condition of maximum total mass, the vehicle can overflow through 14% ramp at the speed of 20km / h.
十二、制动性能府符合国标规定。行驶车外噪声应符国标要求。
12、 The braking performance shall comply with the provisions of the national standard. The noise outside the driving vehicle shall meet the requirements of national standards.
十三、整车的各项密封性能良好，各密封面、管接头及所有连接部位均不得有渗油漏气的现象。
13、 The sealing performance of the whole vehicle is good, and there shall be no oil and air leakage on all sealing surfaces, pipe joints and all connecting parts.
